  1. What is Virgin Hair? Virgin Hair is 100% unprocessed human hair. Its wefts is cut from one donor which allows the cuticles to be aligned. Virgin hair has minimal shedding, minimal tangling, and can hold the texture after being washed. Our Virgin hair extensions can be dyed to color #27 and will take heat up to 450.  If you would like a lighter color or lift we suggest purchasing from our 613 Collection.
  2. What color is PYT Virgin Hair? Our Hair Extensions come dark brown or 1B/natural black.
  3. Is this hair beach or pool safe? YES. however when swimming tie your hair up preferably braids or wear a hairnet to keep your hair away from water in case of tangling. 
  4. How many bundles do I need? Each bundle weighs 3.2-3.4 oz. We recommend for short lengths 10"-14" (2 bundles) 16"-28" (3 bundles) 30"-40"(4-5 Bundles) Curly textures like deep wave, Italian curly, jerry curly, etc are fuller in volume.
  5. Things Not TO DO: refrain from cutting your wefts, excessive heat, and or overbleaching/dying your extensions as this can be the cause of shedding and thinning.
  6. Can I pick up my order?  We are strictly ONLINE. ALL items will be SHIPPED.
  7. Are your closures and frontals pre-plucked? Yes! All frontals and closures come with a natural hairline. You can customize as much as you want!
  8. How long is Shipping? Shipping will depend on the date of your order. Once your order is processed (3-5 Business days), you will receive a tracking number via email or text. IF you have not received your order, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. 
  9. Do you offer overnight shipping? At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping.
  10. What hair products can I wash my hair extensions with? We recommend Aussie deep conditioner or co wash, and Oranix(OGX). For best results deep condition, the hair and let it AIR DRY. Only use a blow dryer when needed for styling purposes.
